Most persons are not aware of being pregnant at six weeks and would only become aware later when obtaining an abortion would be impossible. With restrictions like this, access to abortion care is very limited, especially for people with low incomes and people of color.
We must continue to sound the alarm on these attacks on reproductive freedom and prevent S.B. 8 and any other similar laws from being enacted across the country. Abortion access is hanging by a thread.
