Sara McKenna has been accused of “appropriation of [a] child in-utero” when she moved to New York City after her ex, Bode Miller, filed for custody of their child in California.
“It was unprecedented to have a judge basically accuse a woman of running off with her fetus,” said Sonia Ossorio, the president of the National Organization for Women-New York City.
