Montana Judge Admits Fault For Blaming Rape Victim In State Supreme Court Filing

Judge G. Todd Baugh, who suggested the victim was partially at fault during her rapist’s trial, and only sentenced the perpetrator to 30 days in jail, is facing censure from the state’s highest court after admitting to violating judicial standards.

“There is only one right decision to be made in this case: remove Baugh from the bench,” Marian Bradley, president of the Montana Chapter of NOW, said.
