‘I could not sit still’ Activist walks for rights

The coalition of women met with Springfield native Kim Villanueva, president of the National Organization for Women, Sen. Doris Turner, D-Springfield, and supporters of the demonstrators in the early afternoon on the steps, advocating for a guarantee to protect body autonomy and access to healthcare, hold perpetrators of sexual violence accountable and recognize contributions to humanity made by all genders.
