TOMORROW: RUN NOW Virtual Launch Party
Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, June 2, the National Organization for Women (NOW) will host a virtual event to officially launch its groundbreaking political training program, RUN NOW. The event will feature a variety of feminist thought leaders from across the country who will discuss the importance of women taking on more positions of political power.
RUN NOW is a unique program that was developed to train NOW members how to run for office and run a political campaign. Through impactful partnerships with leading progressive political organizations including Emerge America and EMILY’s List, RUN NOW will prepare the next generation of feminist leaders. Available exclusively to NOW members, this comprehensive program will equip prospective candidates and campaigners with the resources, skills, and insights needed to successfully campaign in national, state, and local elections.
