With Election Day two weeks away, my series of posts on the Romney-Ryan budget plan is drawing to a close. But he’s on record championing some of the most extreme — and more importantly, extremely unpopular — tactics aimed at blocking women’s access to basic reproductive health care, including abortion and birth control.
