NOW-NYC has advocated for the women and girls of New York City since our founding in 1966. We work to promote reproductive rights, secure women’s economic empowerment, and end discrimination and violence against women. As the largest NOW chapter in the country, we play a key role in shaping both the local and national debate on the issues that impact women.
