Sunny Gold

Sunny Sea Gold is a writer and editor who is recovered from her own battle with binge eating disorder. She founded in 2009 after realizing that there were very few comprehensive places online where girls who were dealing with emotional overeating could find safe talk and information.

Her self-help book for young women, FOOD: THE GOOD GIRL’S DRUG How to Stop Using Food to Control Your Feelings, was released in 2011. Sunny is a deputy editor at Redbook magazine, and the former health editor at both Seventeen and Glamour magazines.
