Is NOW right for you?
You believe that women should control their lives. You believe inequality. You believe in social justice. You believe in ending violence and discrimination.
You want to meet like-minded people and work together to change the circumstances that negatively affect your life and the lives of people you care about.
From petitioning your city council to fund the local domestic violence shelter to registering voters for the next election, to organizing a rally against unfair legislation, to planning a meeting where people can share their experiences with street harassment, NOW is a way for you to put your beliefs into concrete action and create change. The women’s movement is NOW. It’s time to join in! Learn more about what we work on.

The Young Feminist Task Force
The NOW Young Feminist Task Force (YFTF) is a national task force comprised of feminists under the age of 35 from all parts of the United States. Young feminists are an integral part of NOW, and we want to celebrate that! If you are interested in being involved, see below on details of the YFTF’s Young Feminist Network.
The NOW Young Feminist Task Force works to promote and sustain diversity in the National Organization for Women (NOW). Our goal is to lead NOW to create a more inclusive and accessible environment through our intersectional actions. We plan to create a pipeline for young feminists to become leaders within NOW, and by doing so, we will sustain NOW’s legacy.
As a group of young feminists, we advise NOW on the various issues facing young women across the United States. Young feminist areas of interest are ever-evolving, and it is our goal to make sure that the larger body of NOW is taking action to address those areas of interest.
