NOW Seeks to Attract More Spanish-Speaking Members
with New Publication
New Brochure: "Juntas Podemos Cambiar El Mundo" Available
Hot off the presses, NOW's first brochure for Spanish-speaking activists
and prospective members is now available to state and chapter organizers.
"Juntas Podemos Cambiar El Mundo" is a direct Spanish translation of NOW's
general brochure "Together We Can Change the World." Just like the
English-language version, the brochure covers NOW's accomplishments, real-life
situations that women experience, quotes from feminist activists, a call
to get involved and a membership application. These brochures are ideal
for chapters to use at special
events and for everyday response to requests for information about NOW.

NOW is also developing a Spanish translation
of our "Ending Racism" brochure and a brand-new Disability Rights brochure.

Recien publicado, NOW ofrece su nuevo folleto para activistas hispanohablantes
y miembras(os) prospectivos ahora está disponible a las organizadoras
de los estados y de los capítulos. El folleto «Juntas
Podemos Cambiar El Mundo» es una traducción del folleto general
de NOW llamado «Together We Can Change the World». Igual
a la versión en inglés, el folleto abarca con los logros
de NOW, las situaciones diarias de la mujer común, unas citas de
activistas feministas, una llamada a comprometerse a acción y una
solicitud para acerse miembra(o). Estos folletos son ideales para
