STOP HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION AT DETROIT
EDISON
I don’t want my consumer dollars to subsidize discrimination and
harassment at Detroit Edison.
I am urging Detroit Edison to:
• Provide a workplace free of discrimination based on
sex, race, sexual orientation, age, marital or family status, pregnancy,
parenthood, disability or size.
• Guarantee zero tolerance for sexual or racial harassment.
• Educate all employees, including management, about
the company’s anti- harassment and anti-discrimination policies and rigorously
enforce them.
• Ensure that any allegations of sexual or racial
harassment, sexual assault, or other forms of discrimination are promptly
and thoroughly investigated, and protect employees making such allegations
from retaliation.
