House Vote on Budget Postponed
November 10, 2005
Your calls worked! The House Budget Reconciliation Act was tabled Thursday afternoon when the Republican leadership announced it didn't have the 218 votes for passage.
This bill is not dead, though. The House will keep busy next week working on their $70 billion tax giveaway. Stay tuned.
