NOW is the largest and most comprehensive feminist advocacy group in Sonoma County. Our purpose is to take action to bring women into full participation in society—sharing equal rights, responsibilities and  opportunities with men. Sonoma County NOW is the local resource for advocacy for, and information about: abortion and LGBTQIA rights; the Equal Rights Amendment; women in family court and the military; and opposition to human trafficking, violence against women, and Wal-Mart. NOW developed and maintains the Women’s Network of Sonoma County.
